This policy applies to your use of the Y natural website and the Y natural online shop which are owned and operated by Y natural skincare (Y).  In summary, our aim is to be as fair and respectful as possible.  We have no intention of doing anything with anyone’s information that would cause them worry.  Our plan is to gather just the information that sees people get the level of service they want and deserve.  We’ve tried to write it in plain English so that it is easy to understand.  Please note that a Privacy Policy written in legalese will be added to the site shortly to ensure we have not inadvertently missed anything important that protects the rights of the people using this site. 

1. The responsibility to maintain and safeguard your registration ID and password lies with you.  Please use the greatest care and discretion when online and ensure that you never tick the “remember me” box if you are working on a public computer.

We only record information that is directly applicable to making your experience with Y natural as positive as possible.  This refers to making your purchase secure, speedy and so that we can get exactly what you want delivered to your door as quickly as possible.  For example, this means we need to know your delivery address and email or phone so we can call you if we have a query about your order. 
   
   
3. Y’s payment partner is PayPal and naturally we comply with PayPal requirements so that transactions can be confirmed as authentic through their systems.  Their terms, user policies and privacy policy are clearly provided by PayPal.  With any transaction, whether in person, on telephone or online, there is always a level of risk.  PayPal and Y natural go to great lengths to protect you but we cannot provide a 100% guarantee.  We specifically request that you do not send details of your credit cards or other sensitive information via email.

Y natural does not have third parties involved in conducting its business (eg contract companies processing or packing orders) therefore you can be sure that your details are not being shared with anyone outside the company.  Some websites are paid a commission for providing the online linkage to Y natural and in such instances the referring URL will be recorded as the basis of payment is typically “pay per click”.

If you contact us to make a request, query, contact or complaint, we make a note of that contact and your contact details so that we can respond appropriately.  After satisfactory completion of your request, you may request that your details be deleted from the records and it shall be done in a timely fashion. 
   
   
6. If you contact us to take part in an initiative or reward plan, we seek only the information that is directly applicable to fulfilling the aims of the initiative and ensuring the correct people get their rightful rewards.
   
   
7. We encourage and appreciate your feedback.  We will only put your feedback (such as testimonials, advice to other users, recommendations or photographs) on our website or in our promotional materials with your express permission.

Should you need to change your personal details, you will need to provide your required changes via email or written letter.  We will need proof that you are who you say you are so that we don’t inadvertently allow someone else to change your profile.  We can delete your entry in the database upon request though there will still be details in back up archives with which we can’t tamper.  Newletters and such communications will comply with the relevant “opt out” legislation.

Y natural has no intention of collection information on children under 13 years of age.  We encourage parents to supervise their children’s activities on any part of the Y natural website or online shop as there is information that may require explanation from adults.  We do not want children under 13 years of information to send us personal information.  Should we find this has happened, we shall do our best to contact the parent or guardian and we will take rectifying actions as may be deemed appropriate given the context and the type of information that may have been disclosed.

Should we be required by law to supply some sort of information to a law enforcement agency, then we shall do so.  It’s the law.  Should there be some sort of activity or activities that we have reason to believe are unlawful, we shall report those activities and the relevant information that wrap around them to the authorities.
