Y natural skin + hair (Y) is a retail range wholesaled to approved Hair Salons, Beauty Salons and Hair & Beauty Salons. Y’s business model is manufacturing and wholesaling salon quality products to the Hair & Beauty industry. The terms and conditions documented below outline key operating and trading parameters between Y and its Trade Clients.
Y is pleased to be able to offer its Retailers the convenience and efficiency of online ordering.
Customer Service & Y’s Commitment to its Retailers:

- Y is price competitive with mark up rates greater than 70%.
- We assist and support our retailers to grow their business.

- We educate our retailers and assist them to educate their customers; and, we continually learn about our industry.
Pricing:
Y Prices are competitive. We maintain costs to a minimum to ensure savings are reflected in our pricing. Prices can change at any time as costs of natural raw materials fluctuate.
- Y’s economical Professional Size products are for salon use only and not for resale.
- Y does not discount prices.
- Y may offer promotional products with specific conditions applying for the duration of a promotion.
Ordering/Purchasing:
Y aims to provide a flexible ordering and purchasing service to its Trade Clients and utilises just in time (JIT) inventory systems to ensure that product is supplied in the right quantities at the right time to meet the needs of retailers & maintain product freshness.
- This allows retailers to purchase what they need when they need it. Y natural does not believe in onerous opening orders or lock in contracts.
Skincare Opening Order for New Y natural Retailers:
Hair Salons and Hair & Beauty Salon are encouraged to resell Y natural skincare as an additional retail income stream. New retailers coming on board should deal with Y natural direct instead of via the website as there are many things to be discussed to ensure everyone gets what they need to be able to sell Y with confidence and make it a success in your salon.
Skincare Reorders:
- No minimum volumes apply to reorders.
- A salon can reorder the products they need as they need them. thus allowing retailers to manage stock levels and cash flow.
- Professional sizes for salon use only can be purchased on request.
- Orders can be made online, phoned, faxed or emailed to Y at any time.
Haircare Opening Order:
Hair Salons and Hair & Beauty Salon are encouraged to resell Y natural haircare as an additional retail income stream. New retailers coming on board should deal with Y natural direct instead of via the website as there are many things to be discussed to ensure everyone gets what they need to be able to sell Y with confidence and make it a success in your salon.
Reorders Haircare:
- No minimum volumes apply to reorders.
- A salon can reorder the products they need as they need them. thus allowing retailers to manage stock levels and cash flow.
- Professional sizes for salon use only can be purchased on request.
- Orders can be made online, phoned, faxed or emailed to Y at any time.
Professional Salon Size Skin and Haircare
- No minimum volumes apply to reorders.
- A salon can reorder the products they need as they need them. thus allowing retailers to manage stock levels and cash flow.
- Professional sizes for salon use only can be purchased on request.
- Orders can be made online, phoned, faxed or emailed to Y at any time.
- No requirement to purchase complete range
Payment
- Orders via the online shop must be paid via credit card or paypal as per the standard online shop process.
- GST is detailed on tax invoices and included in the total price
Delivery:
Y provides timely and safe delivery of orders, minimizing cost of postage and handling. Turn around time within Australia is within 5 working days. The fee of postage and handling is detailed on the tax invoice, based on rates according to Australia Post or a designated courier company according to weight, volume and destination. Overseas delivery charges will be determined at time of order placement and will appear on invoice or as pre determined with Y.
Product Guarantee:
Y guarantees the quality of its product. Should a product or its packaging be faulty Y will replace the product in full upon return of faulty item/s and receipt of purchase. Y does not give refunds.
Sales Support:
Y believes in supporting its clients ensuring maximisation of resale potential. Y provides sales tools, initial and ongoing product knowledge, training, promotional and marketing materials, on line & direct advice and consultation.

Reorder of Skincare Testers
- Testers can be purchased from Y at 75% wholesale price. Retailers are required to note on an order which product is required as a tester for the purpose of labeling.
Use of the Y natural skin care brand name and logos:
Y protects its brand name, reputation and image, therefore: Any business wishing to reproduce Y’s logos or materials must apply in writing, detailing how the logo/s or material will be used and for what purpose. Written approval may be granted after due consideration. Such approval must be sought prior to any work to reproduce our logos or material can commence. Y will make every effort to assist a client with promotional material for their business. The cost of creating such promotional material will be borne by the Client unless otherwise negotiated and agreed
Complaints:
Customer satisfaction is a crucial aim at Y and we take complaints and criticism seriously. Whilst it is our intention not to deliver unsatisfactory performance we do recognise that from time to time we will not meet our client’s expectation. We value feedback and learn from our mistakes. When we do make a mistake or a client is not satisfied please let us know and we will make every effort to ensure that the situation is addressed as quickly and amicably as possible.
